I never used to delete any messages from my boyfriend. After we broke up, I kept them until a point, where my old cell phone wasn’t able to receive a new message without an old one being deleted. Realising, not only the full memory of my cell phone, but also my memory full of my ex needed a reset I decided to write all the messages down – but in a way, they can never be read again anymore. Each piece of glass contains a layered text – messages from a month of our relationship.
